Groups: Terms & Community Guidelines

Last updated: September 28, 2026 · Published by DormyBin, LLC

Labbayk Groups help Hajj and Umrah travel groups stay together: leaders post updates, meeting points and roll calls, and members chat, send voice notes, share locations and ask for help. By creating or joining a group you agree to these terms.

Zero tolerance

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post anything hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, violent, fraudulent or illegal, or anything that exposes another person's private information without consent. Keep the adab of the journey: speak to others as you would in the Haram.

Reporting and blocking

Press and hold (or tap ⋯ on) any message to report it or block its sender. Reports reach DormyBin, LLC, which reviews them within 24 hours and removes offending content and users. Group leaders and assistant leaders can delete messages and remove members at any time.

Privacy

Group names, member names and phone numbers, messages, voice notes and shared locations are end-to-end encrypted on your device; our server stores only encrypted data plus the technical details needed to deliver it (member IDs, roles, timestamps and message types). When you report a message, the reported content is sent to us so we can act on it. Leaving a group removes you from it; a leader can delete a group, which erases it from our server. See the Privacy Policy.

Safety

SOS and roll-call features help your group find you but are not an emergency service and may not work without a network connection. In an emergency in Saudi Arabia call 911.
